Catherine McVay Hughes

Catherine McVay Hughes was the board chair of Manhattan's Community Board 1, including the neighborhoods of Tribeca and Battery Park, from 2012 to 2016. She's a civic leader who has served many roles downtown, through the rebuilding of the World Trade Center site and during the area's recovery from Hurricane Sandy. She holds a BS in Engineering from Princeton and an MBA from Wharton.
