Emily Rutland

Emily Rutland graduated from Yale College in 2015 with a B.A. in English - her thesis was an environmental criticism of David Foster Wallace’s Infinite Jest. She spent four years working with the Yale Office of Sustainability and Bulldog Sustainability in an effort to make Yale athletics more environmentally friendly. Whether backpacking in the mountains or roaming the streets of a new city, Emily loves exploring new places, being outside, and learning from the people she meets along the way.
