To pre-register by mail and sign up for bus transportation please fill out the form on page 7 of the GreenThumb Spring Program Guide and mail the completed form with your payment to: City Parks Foundation/Greenthumb before March 21st to guarantee breakfast, lunch, conference participation, and t-shirt. If you do not pre-register, you are not guaranteed lunch or a t-shirt
