March 15, 2016 @ 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

A Talk through NYC’s Commons at Fordham Law School, hosted by the Community Economic Development (CED) Clinic & the Fordham Urban Law Center.

We will explore gardens, parks, community farms and other shared real estate assets that communities have created as autonomous spaces outside NYC’s speculation-driven land market. With Paula Z. Segal, Esq., founder of 596 Acres, Inc., CED Clinical Instructor & Urban Law Center Fellow. Everyone is welcome; let Paula know if you want to join the presentation to talk about your community space and the process of commonification you have been through: paula@596acres.org.
