Join DopperBe Social Change, and B Lab on Tuesday, June 27th for our next B-Talks, a monthly gathering to be inspired with stories of how businesses can be used as a force for good while networking with professionals and entrepreneurs working in social enterprises, non-profits, B Corps, and socially-conscious businesses.

This month’s theme is Beyond the Product: Diving Deep on Supply Chain where we will be hearing stories and insights from:

SPEAKERS BIOS

 

Jessie Gould, Founder & CEO, Ox Verte

Jessie Gould is passionate about solving our country’s health epidemic with big changes to our diet. In 2015, Jessie founded Ox Verte, a plant-forward food company currently working to reinvent office lunch.

Before founding Ox, Jessie spent 3 years at Organic Avenue as VP of Operations and VP of Brand & Marketing after a 7 year career in investment banking and private equity. She received an MBA from Wharton and a BA in Economics and Mechanical Engineering from Yale University.

 

Beth Kennedy, Vice President of Operations and Marketing, Peeled Snacks

Beth Kennedy is the Vice President of Operations and Marketing at Peeled Snacks, maker of organic fruit and veggie snacks, and a company dedicated to helping people feel good about snacking. Beth oversees all aspects of the company’s supply chain in addition to leading marketing and branding activities. Prior to Peeled Snacks, Beth spent her career driving growth and innovation across various food categories while at Target, Tetra Pak and Del Monte.

Marcos Salazar, Co-Founder + Executive Director, Be Social Change

Marcos Salazar is a social entrepreneur, career + life coach, consultant, speaker, and community builder. His passion is working with professionals, entrepreneurs, and creatives to help them pursue work they are passionate about, build authentic personal brands, become financially successful, and create lives that make the world a better place. He does this through 1-on-1 coachingnonprofit and businesses consulting, and on a larger scale as Co-founder + Executive Director of Be Social Change where he’s built the largest social impact community and professional development hub in New York City. Marcos earned a B.A. in Psychology from Amherst College as well as a Masters in Organizational Management and an Executive Leadership Coaching certificate from The George Washington University.
