The Center for Urban Pedagogy (CUP) is excited to announce the debut of The Big Squeeze, a poster that examines the past, present and future of housing in New York City.

CUP will premiere their latest Urban Investigation project The Big Squeeze. CUP teaching artist Chat Travieso collaborated with students from the Academy of Urban Planning to look at the city’s micro-apartment competition and ask “how much space do you need to live?”

Join the group as they present the poster they created, discuss their investigation process, and lead a panel discussion on the future of housing with Seema Agnani, Executive of Chhaya CDC, and Andrew Reicher, Executive Director of the Urban Homesteading Assistance Board.

Free and open to public.
RSVP here by Tuesday, April 2nd, at 5 pm

This is a People & Buildings presentation from the Center for Urban Pedagogy.
