Rise of the Supertalls: Planning, Preservation, and Community Participation in a Changing New York

Supertall towers and new construction are changing New York’s historic neighborhoods. Many are built as-of-right without any community input. The final panel in this series will look at issues around these new buildings and how City agencies, the City Council, and real estate professionals are managing the development and planning process.
