This two-day event will engage advocates, policy makers and scholars in New York City land policy workshops, discussions focusing the history of vacant land in New York City and a symposium in which land transformation facilitators from around the world will share best practices.

The first day of the event will provide an opportunity to learn about the history of vacant land and community land access pressures and opportunities in New York City. The second day will be a structured conversation among a diversity of community land access advocates working in urban contexts around the world. It will take place all day on Wednesday, April 23, and will culminate with an evening reception.  Click here to RSVP.
