New York City has a reputation as being one of the most culturally refined cities of world- among the ranks of Paris, London, and Madrid. Particularly, Manhattan is a hub for cultural organizations and opportunties for community involvement. But does the amount of “community presence” differ based on area that you live? Is there any relationship between the year that buildings in various areas were built, and the available programs for students and cultural organizations for the general public in that area?
