Join us for Caribbean treats and tropical-inspired beats. There will be a DJ\, a photo booth\, screen printing\, steel drum playing\, mask making\, and more! \nLOCATION\n14th Street Passage\nOn the High Line at West 14th Street \nThis High Line Program is free.
