New York Grand Opera cancelled because of climate change

The New York Times recently reported that the New York Grand Opera has cancelled all of this summer’s free outdoor performances in Central Park because of unpredictable heavy rainstorms in recent years – a shame for the three to four million visitors who have enjoyed the performances in the past. Have no fear! The weather won’t keep this opera community down. Indoor performances have been planned as a replacement.
