Flow.13 is an art exhibit located along the shoreline of Randall’s Island Park. Hosted by the Randall’s Park Alliance, Bronx Museum of Arts, and Made Event, the purpose of this exhibit is to generate appreciation of the shoreline using art and to encourage visitors to care and interact with the island’s environment. There are magnificent views of Queens, Bronx, and Manhattan shorelines.
