Prospect Park: Natural Areas Conservancy Lecture

Join the Natural Areas Conservancy and the Prospect Park Alliance for a guided walk through Prospect Park, one of Brooklyn’s last remaining native forests. Expert ecologists will show you the native plants and unique forest features of the Park, as well as highlight the importance of native plants to the ecological health of the park and New York City. Afterwards, enjoy light refreshments and a presentation of findings from the first-ever, citywide assessment of natural areas. Please wear walking shoes and bring water, if needed.
