Join yoga instructor Sarah Capua on the beautiful rooftops of the Brooklyn Grange farm (located at Clinton ave at Flushing Ave Brooklyn, NY 11205) Sarah Capua underwent 500 hours of yoga training and trained in the Himalayan Iyengar Yoga Centre in India. She has taught passionate practitioners of yoga and children that are hospital patients.

The Brooklyn Grange grows over 40,000 pounds of organic produce each year on two roofs located in New York City. The produce is sold to the community, local restaurants and retail stores. The Grange also functions as a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) that distributes its produce from Mid-May to October.
