CIVITAS is call­ing archi­tects, land­scape archi­tects, urban plan­ners, stu­dents and artists to gen­er­ate dra­matic and orig­i­nal con­cepts for the east side’s water­front park, jump-starting a process that aspires to the trans­for­ma­tion of the entire East River pedes­trian experience.
