The (s)low down fundraiser features a raw bar, roasted whole hog, hors d’oeuvres and dishes by great NYC chefs, as well as special cocktails and local beer and wine. An auction of truly unique food and beverage experiences will be held and Slow Food NYC will recognize Bill Telepan with the 2013 “Snailblazer” Award, for his unending contributions to a good, clean, and fair food system.
