Considering the Quake
February 13, 2014 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
FreeBlurring the line between technology and design, a new exhibit, titled “Considering the Quake,” is making its American debut at the American Institute of Architects’, Center for Architecture in New York City, on February 13, 2014.
Opened to a full house at the Design Exchange in downtown Toronto, Canada, September 2012, “Considering the Quake” brashly fuses the worlds of architectural storytelling and the practicality of earthquake engineering and features international architects and building designers, such as the Office for Metropolitan Architecture (OMA) and Daniel Libeskind, to name a few.
The exhibit will be open at the Center for Architecture in Manhattan from February 13 to May 26. For more information, please see the Center for Architecture.
