Fall Flat is the only 5K trail race (the rest are longer and hillier!) that takes place in the Greenbelt. The course travels along Willowbrook’s White Trail and around the lake; it is mostly flat and well suited for novice runners and walkers as well as more competitive athletes. The race is professionally timed culminating in an awards ceremony. Refreshments and a long sleeve wicking athletic shirt with the Fall Flat logo are provided for registered runners.
