“The Bridge: Experiments in Science and Art” is SciArt Center’s collaborative residency program. Over the past four months, three pairs of scientists and artists have engaged in a natural and self-lead collboration, documenting their work week by week on a live blog. During The Bridge Symposium we will explore what happened during each collboration, see the work that was made, and discuss the fruitful interaction between science and art. Live art, virtual presentations, and a Q&A will comprise the evening.

Three Bridge residents will be present to discuss their work and experience in our program. Suzanne Anker, pioneer in BioArt, and Julia Buntaine, director of SciArt Center, will both talk briefly on their expierience in navigating the gulf between art and science.
