Hey Astoria!

On Saturday, May 21st, 2016, the Queens Clean Up Crew is hosting its first cleanup event!

Kick off is at 10am in Astoria Park at 19th Street (between 23rd Ave and 22nd Drive). We invite ALL our neighbors to come out and volunteer to help clean up this beautiful community space! Hang out with your neighbors and enjoy

– Asssorted breakfast goodies

– A free 20 minute Yoga in the Park Class (optional – must be there by 10am to particpate, no mats provided)

– A team of local neighbors

– Photo Contests and prizes donated from local Astoria businesses

– Free trash collection supplies

Bring a team, come as an individual, the more the merrier! Participants will set off at 10:30am to collect trash in designated areas around Astoria Park! This is a kid-friendly event, so feel free to get the kids involved!

We’ll head on over to a local bar for a drink afterwards, details TBD!
