Summer on the Hudson: Memorial Day Fitness Celebration

Free#BBQearned after you participate in one or all four workout classes on Pier I. Start Memorial Day with a morning workout on Pier I in Riverside Park South (West 70th Street) before heading to your holiday barbecue.
We’re celebrating adding these classes to the Summer on the Hudson programming lineup and the veterans who lead them:
10:00 a.m. – High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
11:00 a.m. – Yoga Flow (bring your own mat)
Noon – Butt & Gut (bring your own mat)
1:00 p.m. – Yoga Flow (bring your own mat)
