2nd Annual Riverkeeper Sweep

FreeMore than 1,000 volunteers are expected to join 75 volunteer-led shoreline cleanups as part of the second annual Riverkeeper Sweep, our annual day of service for the Hudson River, on Saturday, May 11, 2013. Please find a cleanup site in the list below and click the link to register. Those who register and participate are eligible for raffle prizes and a freebie at one of eight participating breweries and a nightclub.

These prizes will be raffled to registered volunteers and/or Sweep leaders who participate on the day of the Sweep, Saturday, May 11, 2013:
- A sunset kayak paddle for two from Hudson River Recreation, a Riverkeeper Member Rewards Partner, which operates in and around Croton-on-Hudson, NY.
- Two free kayak rentals from Eastern Mountain Sports-Poughkeepsie
- Four pairs of tickets for cruises with Hudson River Cruises out of Kingston
- Tickets for cruises with Hudson Cruises out of Hudson, NY
- $25 gift cards from Orvis-Yonkers.
- A four-hour kayak rental for two, from Mountain Tops Outdoors in Beacon.
