Mushroom Workshop

Come get your hands dirty with your local fungus farmers! You’ll have the opportunity to see the mushrooms growing in our Brooklyn lab, learn about oyster mushroom cultivation, and participate in the process of growing mushrooms on a commercial scale. Lead by Mycologist Emilie Winfield, the workshop lasts 1 hour and is limited to 15 people. Get your tickets here before they sell out!
