The Bronx River Festival is a free outdoor adventure for the family!

Family Activities include community paddles, guided Ramble tour*, nature scavenger hunts, planting, free bike loans, face-painting, field games, and Guitarist Monvelyno Alexis.

The Guided Ramble tour this week is a tour of the Bronx River Forest, a successful restoration project! The tour includes a walk through the forest floodplain, ongoing restoration projects, the history of human use of the river

*Guided Ramble tour starts at 10 a.m. and ends at noon. It begins at Burke Avenue #2 subway station, Burke Avenue and White Plains Road. The tour will end at the Bronx River Festival. Bring water and wear comfortable shoes. Tour Information
