Lower East Side Ecology Center’s spring e-waste recycling events are back! They’ll be in all five boroughs this month collecting unwanted electronics for free, responsible reuse and recycling. All participants will be eligible to enter a raffle for a Macbook Air courtesy of Tekserve.

Tekserve will also be offering recyclers who come to events a “Green Karma” Coupon worth between $5 and $500 off any products or services from Tekserve and entry into a raffle to win a MacBook Air.  Zipcar is offering existing Zipcar members a $15 driving credit for bringing electronics to these events.

LESEC will accept working & non-working computers, monitors, printers, scanners, keyboards, mice, cables, TV’s, VCR’s, DVD players, phones, audio/visual equipment, cell phones, and video gaming equipment. they do not accept any household appliances including microwaves and other kitchen appliances.
