Our Guest of Honor this year is New York State Senator Martin Malavé Dilan. The son of Puerto Rican immigrants, Senator Dilan is a Bushwick native and Brooklyn College alumni. He has served our community for over 20 years and is a staunch supporter of education and environmental issues.
