Understanding our climate helps us prepare our city for a more sustainable future.   Our Urban Park Rangers will introduce you to these important scientific concepts that will help you prepare for the future.  Our climate programs explore topics like climate change, global warming and concepts of sustainability.  On our weather programs, we will delve deeply into everyday weather events including lightning and thunder, clouds and the water cycle, and hurricanes and extreme storms.
