CPO Barn Pre-Fire

Cayuga Pure Organics (CPO) is the major grain supplier for New York. A small farm located near Ithaca, New York, the CPO barn suffered a fire that destroyed the barn, equipment, and inventory. Take this opportunity to help rebuild CPO, share and learn about New York grain supplies, network, and enjoy food and drinks. CPO’s damaged structure and equipment will be replaced with all net proceeds from the event.
Speakers at the workshop will dictate the essential roles provided by CPO and its contribution to the local food movement. Presenters include:
