A few of our favorite neighborhood pals cooking up some tasty eats, local brews made right here in LIC, our DJ buds spinning tunes, oh and fireworks. Lots of fireworks. The main show will be set off over the east river and we’ll catch that with view of the Manhattan skyline as the backdrop, but the real excitement will come with the “local show” going off on the neighborhood rooftops of LIC all night long. If you’re looking for a low-key fourth, on one of the best rooftops in the city, and Queens is your jam, then this is where you need to be this fourth of July!

We love how family oriented our LIC community is and in that vein we’d love to turn this event into a family friendly affair! Please note that all guests (regardless of age) must purchase a ticket – and no we are not offering discounted tickets to those who are not drinking.

Need we say more?

Well, we’ll say a couple more things anyway:

• No dogs or smoking (or smoking dogs), sorry!
• Ladies: wear high-heels at your own risk, but the ground at the farm is somewhat uneven and we’d rather you sport red, white and blue than black-and-blue!
• Bring a layer if there’s the slightest chill in the air; it’s breezy on the roof!
• BE FREE AND HAVE FUN!
