Verrazano CrossFit will be hosting free classes in the picnic grove behind the Carousel in the Greenbelt’s Willowbrook Park this fall. All fitness levels are welcome to join us. Wear exercise clothing, bring water, and be prepared for a great workout that will build your strength and tone your body. Crossfit is constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movement. Come out and challenge yourself to a great workout in a great park.
