Kick off the weekend with some local sounds at this monthly musical get-happy hour. Freshen Up Fridays take place on the last Friday of every month at West Harlem Piers on 125th St. and Marginal St. from May through August with different music for each occasion. • August 25: Soul Science Lab  – innovative Brooklyn-based music and multimedia duo that translates stories into soul-stirring sounds and dynamic visuals
