Come join the fourth year of the Gowanus Canal Conservancy’s Clean & Green program! The Clean & Green program is a volunteer-based program that cleans and plants along the Gowanus canal.

For August, the Gowanus Canal Conservancy (GCC) will assemble and launch new floating garden prototypes! These prototypes provide wildlife habitat and a small improvement in water quality. Volunteers will also work on a new garden and extract honey from GCC’s bee hives!
