Over a century old, the Wave Hill estate of Riverdale is one of New York City’s most beautiful parks.

Classes are led by Yoga for Blissdirector Neem Dewji, and are held indoors November through April. All levels welcome.

Registration Required:

Advance registration online receives a $2 discount. Online registration closes at 8AM on the day of the session. Cancellations must be made by 3PM the Friday before; after that, refunds will not be made. Drop-ins will be accommodated as the limited space permits.

Participants must present their Membership card or a printed program registration form at the front gate or purchase tickets at the Perkins Visitor Center.
