What is the Living Lab?
This new hub is a collaboration between The New School, cooperative non-profit One Worker One Vote, CUNY Community Economic Development Clinic and led by social impact design studio Designing the We. We are inviting students, communities and others at this time to participate in its co-creation and activities.
A Living Lab is an incubation and innovation space where different stakeholders apply their resources together with communities to transform deep social crises and inequality. It is a collaboration between practitioners, students and professors, and community projects. It is a hub of people-driven R&D for 21st century communities and economies.
