The Columbia Earth Institute’s International Research Institute for Climate and Society (IRI) presents its monthly climate forecast briefing. The briefing, delivered by the IRI’s Chief Climate Forecaster Tony Barnston, explains the upcoming IRI ENSO forecast and seasonal climate (precipitation, temperature) forecast. Tony will also discuss the implications of the forecast on society around the globe, and the probabilities and skills of the current forecast.
