They are pleased to announce their keynote speaker: Dr. Michael K. Dorsey!

Dr. Dorsey is the Interim Director of Energy and Environment at the Joint Center of Political and Economic Studies in Washington D.C. & serves as the Advisor to the United Nations’ NGLS- a UN inter-agency programme administered by UNCTAD.
