Inspired by the natural movements of the human body, Isadora Duncan created a style of dance filled with joyful, rhythmical movements. The skipping, running, and leaping expressive upper body movements make it a great activity for children.

Wear comfortable clothes which are appropriate for the weather. Footwear should be flexible and easy to move in, such as ballet flats or comfortable sandals. This class is for children ages 4-10. Parents are responsible for the supervision of their children during the class.
