Join Slow Food NYC and the NYU Food Studies Program for a chef cook-off!

According to Slow Food NYC, chefs will include farm-to-table chef and educator Dan Barber, television chef Jamie Oliver and award-winning cookbook author Paula Wolfert.

Judges include chef and culinary historian Renee Marton, New York food blogger Tove Danovich and a SFNYC Snail of Approval chef.

Proceeds from the event will benefit Slow Food NYC, including its Urban Harvest Program for food education programs at 17 New York City pubic schools.
