With just about one year under his belt as Mayor, this forum will focus on some of Mayor De Blasio’s policies and actions for the past year and what is on the horizon for Environmental Policy in the city. Join for an interesting and lively discussion!

Bomee Jung, Deputy Director, Enterprise Community Partners & City of New York City Planning Commissioner
Bomee provides programmatic and fiscal management support for the daily and long-range activities of Enterprise’s New York office. She oversees initiatives related to sustainability, state & local policy, and housing & services for the most vulnerable populations; leads the development of strategic initiatives; provides direction on knowledge sharing and impact measurement; and supports office-wide resource planning. Bomee was also recently appointed to the City Planning Commission and is a co-founder of GreenHomeNYC
Clare Donohue, Founder, Sane Energy Project
Clare Donohue is a kitchen and bath designer living a secret life as an activist. She is one of the founders and now the Program Director of Sane Energy Project, a grassroots organization that advocates to replace fossil fuel infrastructure with renewable infrastructure. Sane Energy recently launched YOU ARE HERE, an interactive online map that demonstrates all the pipelines, compressor stations and other shale gas infrastructure in New York State, and connects users to the local grassroots group fighting these projects. The map illustrates the risks to our foodshed, connecting to another Sane Energy campaign, Food Not Fracking.
