The Eco-house is a exhibit by the Community Environmental Center. It is a interactive exhibit that allows you to see behind the walls and underneath the floors of your house. By examining how systems work in your home, the Community Environmental Center EcoHouse will teach you how to save energy, money, and benefit the environment. The house includes guides for lighting, conserving water, saving electricity, heat and hot water, cleaning products, and insulation. Click for an example of a Eco-House located in the Bronx.

The cost to visit the exhibit is free with Garden admission: $4 for adults, $3 for seniors, $2 for students with ID and Children 3-12. If you are a QBG member, the event is free.
