Outdoor Strength Training

Brooklyn Strength leads challenging and fun outdoor fitness classes that focus on strength training and aerobic intervals in and around Brooklyn Bridge Park. Make sure to arrive on time because the class is mobile!

All fitness classes are one hour long. Registration opens 30 minutes prior to class.
